Dr. Donna Navey is a pastor's wife, mom of four married children who each serve in vocational ministry, a grandmother to 11 awesome kids, a speaker, NCB liaison to Wingate University in Wingate, NC, a church consultant, and a Bible study writer. She serves as the Executive Director of You & Titus 2 Ministries, which promotes the vital role of intergenerational, gender-specific discipleship in the local church. Her husband, Dr. Rodney Navey, was called into vocational ministry before they married 40 years ago. He currently serves as the Senior Pastor of Lawndale Baptist Church in Greensboro, NC. Donna is a graduate of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Doctor of Education. Her passion is the biblical influence of godly Christian women in the home, church, and society (Titus 2:3-5). She seeks to inspire women of all ages to live in obedience to the authority of God's Word in their hearts and minds.

For the last two years Gloria has worked in a corporate office as an Executive and Financial Assistant. After learning many helpful tools, she is excited to partner with You & Titus 2 as a part-time Administrative Assistant. Gloria currently resides in Monroe, NC with her husband of 8 years, serving alongside him in his role as Student Discipleship Coordinator for the Union Baptist Association and Youth Director for their local church.
